I began using Body Fortress Whey Protein Powder
as part of recovery drink. I’ve tried others, but this is one that’s affordable and has a good flavor, along with a high protein content. It’s easy on my generally fussy gut too, which I also appreciate.
Body Fortress Whey is a good protein. Many people buy into the hype of the more expensive proteins. I have tried both. This is protein. I have not experienced any of the negatives of any of the others…..especially the bladder infection in the first hour of taking tha (hope you all don’t believe that one… It is a good powered with an ok taste and mixes well. Highly recommend it!
